We offer two workshops for local churches or other Christian organizations. They teach a basic Biblical understanding of sexuality and do not have a particular denominational slant. Both are most effectively done in a half-day format, Saturday from 9:00 AM until 2:30 PM being the best time. However, they can also be presented in a shorter, ninety-minute introductory form for larger conferences or gatherings. And they can be extended into a weekend retreat format as well.

Our basic Sexual Purity Workshop contrasts the Biblical worldview of sexuality with cultural images taken from media, film and advertising. It can include a time of worship, repentance, healing and recommitment as well. Appropriate for older teens and adults, it's a great introduction for churches just beginning to deal with sexuality issues. Available ONLY in PowerPoint format.

 

"Foundations for Ministry" defines and describes the six theoretical and practical steps for starting redemptive ministry for the sexually confused, broken and sinful. Utilizing video, small group exercises, lecture/discussion, and optional PowerPoint, attendees are challenged to consider the joys and commitments of this kind of ministry and to develop a preliminary plan for implementation in the local church.

Currently, there are no set fees for the workshops, but large groups are expected to provide an honorarium and local churches are expected to provide a love offering or commitment to regular ministry support. Host churches or groups must also reimburse all travel expenses - mileage and airfare, housing and meals.
